All I want this month is... color, please?
As May rolls around, almost unexpectedly, the thought of summer ultimately follows. It may be because of quarantine, or it might have always been this way I have just never noticed it to such a degree, but the thought of summer approaching rapidly is a strange kind of daunting excitement that I am not confident I am ready for. Maybe the fact that I have not left my house in god knows how long is reasoning behind my bewilderment, but none the less, the thoughts of my possibly summer wardrobe are still just as, if not more, exciting. Trying to remain as hopeful, and as sane, as possible in these times, I can’t stop dreaming of pops of color, jean shorts, and sandals alike that might bring my summer wardrobe together this year.
Now more than ever I have been not only into color, but needing it, whether it may be the jewelry I have been into recently or a particular pair of hot pink shorts I’ve got my eye on, I just want something that will hopefully lighten my mood and life my spirits. Last month, we nailed down the basics with a quintessential French girl wardrobe, but this month the French may be scared of how much we have amped it up. Pair any of these items with your staple jeans or white tees, but needless to say, these pieces will have you ready to tackle the month of May.
